Welcome to my fitness and dance blog. I am a professional dancer, choreographer, and content writer. Dance is fitness for the body, mind, and heart. Therefore, in this blog, I love to share simple exercises that, when practised regularly with music, keep the body and mind active.

Dancing has been in my life since childhood. Growing up as an introvert and shy girl, dance became a medium of expression. I knew that I can make dancing my profession when I joined Ashley Lobo’s The Danceworx company. I discovered my passion for dance and my purpose for living.

I started teaching, choreography, and managing a dance studio. The more I danced, the more I became inspired from students. I wanted students to free themselves from inhibitions and come alive while dancing. Just like I did!

My hunger grew as a freelancer, to explore the dynamics in movement in different dance forms. Watching live dance performances shaped me as a student of dance. I collaborated with different dancers, artists, photographers, writers, theater artists to become a student of life. I taught dance to kids from 5 to 50 year old and learnt how to celebrate life at every age.
