Fit Celebrity Fathers Inspiring The World

This Father’s Day let’s look at the lives of four celebrity fathers who take family responsibilities to the next level by keeping themselves and their families fit and happy. They also inspire the world by setting a good example of doing philanthropic work.

Fathers are like a strong tree, giving the family roots, shelter, and someone to look up to. They are protective, love building things, are tough on the exterior, and are absolutely cute when they try to hold back tears. They are the go-to person when things need to be repaired. Unlike mothers, sometimes they bring absolutely fun toys to the house, like a trampoline, and jump on it with you. Fathers are always into some type of sport or outdoor activity. Even if they are not playing themselves, they will be your coach. Fathers teach how to stand up for yourself and be respectful of society.

This post will look at those celebrity fathers who probably also did such normal dad stuff. They support their wives in their independent projects. They also inspire families all over the world to involve children in philanthropic activities. After all, fitness is not just about being physically fit but also being mentally strong, emotionally healthy, and kind to everyone.

David Beckham

The soccer superstar David Beckham and the ex-spice girl and businesswoman Victoria Beckham are a power couple. On a soccer field, David Beckham is a fierce player and an idol to many sports fans. Bringing up a family with three boys and a girl, they manage to keep a balance between professional and personal lives. The family loves to keep themselves fit and fashionable. Their Instagram posts are filled with family coming together to watch a sport or supporting Victoria at Paris Fashion Week. David has long been an ambassador for UNICEF. The Victoria and Beckam Charitable Trust provides wheelchairs to children in need. They support a number of charities involved in animal welfare and disease prevention.

While modelling is in the genes of this family, the children are interested in various creative activities. Their firstborn child, Brooklyn, is married and is very creative in photography and cooking. Their daughter is also active in many extracurricular activities. Their second son, Romeo, at age 19, joined the Fort Lauderdale CF. He made his professional debut in a match against Tormenta FC in September 2021.

The third son Cruz is interested in music, and in December 2016, he released his debut single, “If Every Day Was Christmas”, to help raise funds for their children’s charity. He also shows interest in learning different musical instruments and has learned to record his own music.

Sonu Sood

Many know him as the villain in many Bollywood and Tollywood movies. Other people know him as the messiah who saved many lives during COVID lockdown. Sonu Sood, the Indian actor, is a multitalented person with a very big heart. After completing his engineering, he went on to do modelling and then acting. Marrying his college girlfriend, he always held his family values close to his heart. His wife, Sonali, is a film producer. They have two sons, Eshaan and Ayaan. His acting career grew slowly, and he has always kept himself fit. His Instagram posts are flooded with his hard-core workout training videos.

When the COVID lockdown shut down many offices, including Bollywood movie-making, and people were sick and unable to afford medicines, a bed in a hospital, or visit their families, Sonu Sood came to their rescue just like a superhero. He called his college friends and family, made a team, requested government officials, airline departments, and bus departments, got special permission, and arranged transports for hundreds of poor migrants who were walking to their villages due to a lack of transport. He then continued his work and provided medicines, ambulances, and oxygen cylinders to the needy. The media hailed Sonu Sood as a real-life hero and a saviour for migrants. He also gave financial support to many families. His charity, Sood Charity Foundation, helps underprivileged people with education, medicine, and employment requirements.

“My parents were humanitarians. They would organise langars and I would join them in their endeavours. My mother taught students free of cost all her life. I used to wonder why they’re so happy with so little. But now I’ve come to realise you experience a different kind of happiness when a total stranger helps you.”

Sonu Sood’s two teenage sons also help in continuing their father’s charity work while completing their studies as well as working out with their dad in the gym. In fact, the younger son is already the captain of his school’s cricket team.

Chris Hemsworth

Another favourite of Instagram followers and Thor fans is Chris Hemsworth. He follows a very strict diet and a disciplined workout routine with a mix of martial arts and swimming. While his body attracts a lot of female fans, his Instagram posts are also full of fun family moments. Chris Hemsworth and Spanish model and actress Elsa Pataky are parents to a daughter, India Rose Hemsworth, and twin boys, Sasha and Tristan Hemsworth.

As a father, Hemsworth hopes to instill those same values in his kids. “Financially, we’re in a different position, but I want to make sure they know these things don’t come easy. You have to work for it, and you can’t take it for granted. Success is more about the values we have and the type of people we are rather than the material objects that we might obtain.”

While their kids are still small, the entire family is super active, exploring various outdoor activities like surfing. Staying active is an essential part of their everyday lives. The couple supports various charitable activities for wild life conservation, helping underprivileged children, and funding NGOs to help people struck by natural disasters.

Looking at the beautiful royal couple, Prince William and Princess Kate, it seems that being a royal is a full-time job. The world loves to know how the royals live, what they wear, their habits, etc. Behind all the gossip and popularity is a very strict royal rule that the family members need to follow. The royal couple enjoys outdoor activities like horseback riding and following a healthy diet. Kate is known to love doing planks, yoga, and jogging. Prince William likes to workout three times a week in an HITT workout.

Being a royal, their charity is called The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales. They are connected to many philanthropic works like conservation of the environment, animal welfare, early childhood development, mental health, and emergency services.

Keeping up with their schedule, they are always seen spending quality time with their kids, Prince George, Prince Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
In an interview given to Vanity Fair magazine, Prince William said about fatherhood.

“But I’ve struggled at times, the alteration from being a single, independent man to going into marriage and then having children is life-changing,” he continued. “I adore my children very much and I’ve learned a lot about myself and about a family, just from having my own children and it’s amazing how much you pick up from just in those moments.”

“My parents taught me about the importance of qualities like kindness, respect, and honesty, and I realize how central values like these have been to me throughout my life. That is why William and I want to teach our little children … just how important these things are as they grow up. In my view it is just as important as excelling at maths or sport,” Kate once shared.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are passionate about animal conservation, especially after meeting their idol, Sir David Attenborough. Together as a family, they helped their parent’s organisation deliver meals to isolated pensioners and those in need.

    1. Keeping the family together and happy is such a huge responsibility. Even I didn’t knew about their spouses and kids who also help their parent’s in volunteer and charity works. Researching about them was a learning experience for me.
Thanks for your continuous support of my blog, Fransic.
