Trauma permeates a deeper level of complex emotions when the body and mind go numb. Sometimes we find the courage to stand up for ourselves, our emotions. And at other times, it takes time maybe a very long time. You may or may not seek professional help, but in this world, there are as many supporters as toxic people. It’s difficult to identify who is a genuine friend or not, but the world does have a bigger heart; it accommodates everyone.

  2. Physical exercise or movement is very important for good mental health and can often help with some mental health issues. For example, yoga really helps with my anxiety.

    1. There’s something about stretching your body that not only keeps you mobile, your joints healthy but also relieves stress. And yoga is one such activity that’s wonderful for the body and mind.
